THE AUDIT

We conduct audits on various governmental entities across the nation with the aim of identifying outstanding sums owed to private individuals and companies. The government doesn't make any effort, nor is it obligated, to inform citizens of any unclaimed funds, except for publishing a list in a newspaper or sending a notification to an outdated address on file with the agency.

The funds in question are not typically listed by the government in their publications; instead, they are buried deep within government records, and the vast majority of citizens are unaware of their existence.

THE SEARCH 

After identifying the funds, we make significant efforts to track down the rightful owner(s) by working alongside our attorneys, researchers, and notaries, in collaboration with the agency responsible for holding the unclaimed money.

 Remember, if these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency holding them. 

PAPERWORK AND PAYMENT 

Once you have spoken to one of our Refund Claim Specialists and verbally agreed to let us work your claim, we will set up a time for you to sign several pages of paperwork to allow us to get started on your behalf.

Our firm works only on a contingent basis – this means that there are no up-front or any out-of-pocket expenses to you, EVER. We’re paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We do ALL the work, we take ALL the risk, pay ALL the expenses, and jump through ALL the administrative hoops to claim your money – and if the claim is unsuccessful you owe us nothing.

We will send a local notary to deliver the paperwork to you for your review overnight it back to our office. We start processing claims immediately and follow through until the end, making sure to keep you informed the whole way through the process.
